What an amazingly fun family photo session at the oak trail near Thousand Oaks I had recently!

You know, after years go by and you see kids growing in front of your eyes, as well as your camera, some families become extra special. Jennifer, Bill, Andrew, and Claire are certainly one of them!

It started with me and Jen bonding at the baby’s group which we went to together. Her daughter Claire and my son are the same age so sharing a parenting journey is something I’m very grateful for!

We celebrated Claire’s 1st birthday with a fun cake smash. Then we had a super sweet session in the park back in 2018. After that, there was a beautiful summer of 2019 photo session in a garden. Then I captured them at their new house in a sweet Christmas session by a Christmas tree and in their backyard followed by goofing around in matching PJs and reading “How Grinch stole Christmas”.

Time flies, kids grow, but some things never change. Their joyful spirit and love of life are always there showing a mile away! Andrew and Claire are still obsessed with dinosaurs, Andrew still loves to pick his own shirts for our sessions, and Claire still finds some rocks in her shoes during them 🙂
