It was such a pleasure to capture this wonderful family among beautiful hills in Westlake Village!

Christa and Jake are a sweet family of 4. They grew up in Southern California, and both of their families have been in California for generations. They have 2 sons, Will who is 20 years old and Thomas who is 17 years old. They enjoy spending time together playing pickleball and tennis, going hiking and backpacking, reading and writing, and working out.

For their photos Christa really wanted an outdoorsy theme, featuring stunning California nature with trails and hills. And as you can see, we found a great one! It was raining a lot within a couple of weeks leading to our photo session, so the hills and trees showed lovely green colors.
