I had so much fun taking this sweet family’s photos by a pretty Spanish style building near Thousand Oaks recently.
Every family is unique in so many different ways. I love getting to know everyone who I get to photograph: their story, where they are from, what they like doing together, what their kids are into. It always helps me capture their love for each other in the best way possible!
Clarissa and Chris have been together for almost 14 years and married for 7, and by looking at them I could see how much they care about other! They moved from San Jose not long ago although Chris is originally from Westlake Village. Chris is an engineer in IT and Clarissa was a middle school English teacher. Now she has another very important job: taking care of their two little sunshines, Audrey and Addison.
Audrey is a daddy’s girl, a little shy at first but once she gets to know you, she opens up having fun and goofing around. Her younger sister Addison is the opposite: a mommy’s girl, very smiley and social within seconds of meeting anyone. They definitely are the cutest together, just check out the photos! =)
They all enjoy going to zoos and museums as a family or any places involving animals because Audrey loves them very much, especially dinosaurs (which I totally agree with: they are awesome!).
